Shipping

All packages are shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Damage, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If you decline shipping insurance through Route, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the package has been shipped.

If Route protection is selected at checkout, all claims must be filed directly through Route according to their coverage terms.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timing is solely the responsibility of the carrier.
